General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and other features of the hivip platform. hivip is an online gaming platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for users in Bangladesh.

hivip reserves the right to conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card, birth registration certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the hivip support team immediately. You will be held responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hivip is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposit amounts are added to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal timeframe: generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to verified payment methods.
• The source of the deposit and the withdrawal method must be the same.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hivip offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
• After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not allowed before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Different contribution percentages may apply when wagering the bonus on certain games.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

hivip reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms and conditions of any bonus or promotion. If bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is suspected, hivip reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings on those accounts. hivip's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Gaming Rules

All games on the hivip platform are conducted according to set rules. Each game has its own rules, which are described in the game interface. Users are encouraged to read the applicable rules before starting a game.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect game result, hivip reserves the right to cancel that game round and refund the bet. Abnormal winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will be cancelled by hivip.

5.3 Bet Cancellation and Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. However, hivip reserves the right to cancel bets in certain circumstances, such as data feed errors, event cancellations, or obvious pricing errors.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hivip platform:

• Playing games or placing bets through fraudulent or dishonest means.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using a third party's account or renting out your account.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion (two or more players conspiring in a game).
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to systems, software, or networks.
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Registering or completing verification with false information.

If you are found to be involved in any of the above activities, hivip reserves the right to permanently close the account, confiscate all balances, and take legal action.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Information will be used only for providing services and meeting legal obligations.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, bonus balances will be cancelled if the bonus terms have not been met.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between hivip and a user will first be addressed through discussion. For any complaint or dispute, you may contact us via our 24/7 live chat support or by email.

• After receiving a complaint, hivip will respond within the specified timeframe.
• In disputes regarding game results, the game server log will be considered the final evidence.
• If resolution through discussion is not possible, an independent arbitration process may be followed.
• Any legal claim against hivip must be raised within six months of the date of the incident.

Limitation of Liability

hivip is not liable for:

• Losses caused by technical errors or unavailability of the platform.
• A game being interrupted due to an internet connection failure.
• Delays caused by third-party services or payment providers.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account.
• Any financial or psychological harm arising from gaming.

In no case will hivip's maximum liability exceed the total amount you have deposited in connection with the incident in question.

Right to Change Terms and Conditions

hivip reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Efforts will be made to notify registered users of any important changes.
